Synthesis of Ursolic Acid and Oleanolic Acid Derivatives

Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid,distributed in many plants,are isomer and belong to the pentacyclic triterpenoids.They possess various bioactivities,such as antitumor,antioxidation,and anti-HIV.The recent progress on their structural modification was reviewed in order to provide information for searching lead compounds and designing drugs.
