Study on Quick Calculation of Changegear in Hobbing Machine

By the study on the hobbing principle and the adjustable calculation of cutting cylindrical gear with hobbing machine,a model of calculating gear ratio of hobbing cylindrical gear and a method of selecting changegear with computer aided calculation were given,which can calculate dividing changegear and differential changegear in the same time.The program can automatically recognize the style of gear and select corresponding calculating formulas to calculate their ratio and choose the most precise changegear.
