Speech assessment and training of spastic dysarthria in patients with stroke

Objective:To explore speech assessment and training of spastic dysarthria in patients with stroke.Methods:38 cases of spastic dysarthria in patients with stroke were accepted speech training.All patients were evaluated by dysarthria assessment made by The China Rehabilitation Research Centre before and after treatment.Results: The motor functions of phonatory organ and the ability of speech were improved.Conclusions: Dysarthria was common speech disturbance,speech training was effectual remedy on spastic dysarthria in patients with stroke.
