Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and sterility in patients with sterility. Methods:The Beckman DXI600 automatic chemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect the serum sex hormone levels of 200 male patients with sterility. Results:The serum FSH and LH levels of the sterile group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01),and the serum TT level was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The serum FSH and LH levels of the sterile patients with aspermia, oligospermia and abnormal sperm activity and activity ratio were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01),and the serum TT level was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The serum FSH,LH and TT levels of the sterile patients with abnormal liquefied time were not significantly different from those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:There is of great significance to detect the sex hormone levels of patients with sterility, and it can guide the clinical treatment.
