Study on the extraction process for paeoniforin in Xiaoyao soft capsules with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis by waters

OBJECTIVE To study the extration process for paeonifcorin in Xiaoyao soft capsulae with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis getting outrate by using content of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhetic acid as index.METHODS Optimization of processing for extrationg Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis by the orthogonal design.RESULTS The optimum condition for the extracion of Paeonia lactifiorin pall and glycyrrhizin was decocted with 8 times amont of waters for 3 times and with each time for 1.0h.CONCLUSION The separated effect of paeoniflorin was very preferable by using this technology,further more,the manipulation was simple.
