The research situation of related preparation of submerged fermentation of Cordyceps sinensis

Referred to as Chinese caterpillar fungus Cordyceps sinensis,is Chinese valuable medicinal herbs,with a variety of pharmacological activities.However,the resources of Cordyceps sinensis is finite due to the plateau where it lives.So,in order to solve the tension of the source of Cordyceps sinensis,it has been successful to use fermentation cultured Cordyceps mycelia in place of natural Cordyceps,and there has been several products available.This paper summarizes related researches of Cordyceps mycelia based on forthcoming reports of researches of Cordyceps.
