e-Caprolactone was synthesized with cyclohexanone using acetic acid as solvent and sodium perborate tetrahydrate as oxidant reagent.Through the study on the synthetic process,the optimum technological conditions were obtained,which were as follows:the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to sodium perborate tetrahydrate was 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 3 h.Under the optimum synthetic conditions,the experiment for the synthesis of e-caprolactone is carried out,and the yield of e-caprolactone can reach 70.1%.
