Study on the Vibration and Anti- vibration Measures of Baffle Heat Exchanger

This paper probes into the main reasons of the vibration produce d by baffle heat exchanger, and makes analyses and exploration on the measures ado pted for the heat exchanger such as the “ baffle pole heat exchanger ” that re places the baffle plate by using the round steel pole, and the “ baffle grid he at exchanger” with anti- vibration grid consisting of flat steel (replacing r ound steel pole) and supporting ring.
