Clinical Analysis of 34 Cases of Patients with COPD and Tuberculosis

Objective To explore the clinical features of patients with COPD and TB, to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods 34 cases of patients with COPD and TB from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 30 patients were cured and 4 failed. Conclusion Patients with COPD and TB are easy to be incorrectly diagnosed due to the atypical features of symptoms and X-ray. More attention to sputum esamination will help in correct and earlier diagnosis of TB, get right treatment and good effect.
