The Design of Equalizing Charging to Lithium Battery Pack of Portable Instruments

Because groups of lithium are prone to overcharge in charging,so Li-ion battery pack life is weak and its safety is reduced.The paper puts a new equalization method of lithium battery based on the current study of equalizing charging mode of battery pack.By adopting balanced energy consumption mode and non-energy consumption mode,the ATmega16 is the main control chip,and adopting the independent module of current collecting,voltage collecting,and temperature collecting to detect for various parameters of battery pack.The experimental result proves that the design of equalizing charging can better guarantee service life of portable instruments lithium battery pack.
