Eccrine chromhidrosis: Visualization through 405 nm sub-UV reflectance dermatoscopy and polarized dermatoscopy

Dermoscopic examination of eccrine chromhidrosis reveals pigmentation around the eccrine pores on the ridge, which may reflect the presence of colored compounds secreted by the eccrine glands. The absence of pigmentation in the furrows, where eccrine pores are not present, supports this observation. We believe that defining the dermoscopic findings of eccrine chromhidrosis will be helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
