Tissue Regeneration Inspired by the regulation of cellular circadian clock on tissue regeneration, in article number 2301037, Huitong Ruan, Wenguo Cui, Lianfu Deng, and co-workers report circadian-clock-regulating biomaterials that are fabricated using the air-microfluidic technique. The chemical cross-linking between poly(vinyl alcohol) and modified phenylboronic acid can effectively activate the intrinsic circadian clock of nucleus pulposus cells via the PI3K-AKT pathway, thus improving the regeneration of intervertebral discs.
