Sudden pruritic eruption in a patient with vulvar cancer

We report the case of a female patient who developed a widespread maculopapular rash with severe pruritus during radiotherapy treatment for a vulvar carcinoma. A complete blood count showed mild eosinophilia and skin biopsy displayed a perivascular lymphocytic and eosinophilic infiltrate. She was diagnosed with a rare syndrome and received topical corticosteroids, which resulted in a favourable outcome without relapse.
