摘要
The main function of antibiotics is to fight bacterial infections, kill and inhibit pathogenic bacteria that invade the human body. Long-term excessive use will cause great harm to the human body. Therefore, effective and accurate detection of organic pollutants in the environment is of great significance. In this work, a fast-responsive 2D Coordination polymers (CPs) [Zn(TPDC-NH2)(DMF)]n named (Zn-TPDC-NH2) was solvothermally synthesized as a turn-off fluorescence sensor. The fluorescence sensor has good selectivity and recyclability, and can be decoded quantitatively to measure antibiotics in aqueous solution. The limits of detection were 0.62 and 1.08 μM for NFZ and FZD, respectively. Importantly, Zn-TPDC-NH2 possesses great anti-interference and chemical stability. These results indicate that Zn-TPDC-NH2 would be a potential and rapid fluorescence sensor toward NFZ and FZD.
