House price is an economic variable closely related to industrial structure upgrading and urbanization level, which forms a good interaction with industrial structure upgrading and urbanization development, and will provide some valuable suggestions for the current supply-side structural reform and new urbanization construction in China. Based on the panel data of 31 Chinese provinces from 2003 to 2017, this paper analyzes the interaction between urbanization, industrial structure upgrading and house prices at the national level using a panel vector autoregressive model and impulse response function, and compares and analyzes different regions in the east and central and west. The results show that, on the whole, the upgrading of industrial structure is promoted by urbanization, and the upgrading of industrial structure and urbanization both lead to the increase of house prices. In addition, the rise in house prices inhibited the upgrading of industrial structure. In the eastern region, the upgrading of industrial structure promoted the level of urbanization, and in the central and western regions, the upgrading of industrial structure inhibited the development of urbanization.
