Study on Rural Land Property Rights Structure Issue Based on the Property Right Economics

Along with the transformation of economic system, China urban and rural economies have entered a new development stage. The contradiction of the rural-land-system has become increasingly prominent it has become a hot issue in the theoretical circle. Aiming at the main problems in the structure of rural land property rights in China, unclear definition of property rights, the weak exclusiveness of property rights, the poor segmentation, the unfair distribution of rights and interests of the incomplete rural property rights, this paper put forward the ideas on the development of rural-land-system in the new stage.
