Risk factors for adverse outcomes after endovascular therapy for critical limb ischemia with tissue loss due to infrainguinal artery disease.

EVT resulted in an acceptable rate of AFS, MALE+POD, limb salvage, and survival. However, we must keep in mind that there are significant limitations to be considered for EVT in patients with major tissue loss, and that, even if revascularization could be successfully performed, a significant number of the treated limbs are still in a critical situation, such as major amputation or death.
