Study on the separation process of limonite with Lead and Zinc

In view of the ore properties of limonite with lead and zinc in Guizhou,gravity separation,magnetic separation,chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation,gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation were studied.Experimental results show that the gravity separation-magnetic separation-chloride reduction roasting-magnetic separation process is more effective to deal with the ore,in certain experimental conditions,access to the lead concentrate grade of 25.00% and recovery of 45.61%,iron concentrate grade of 64.08%,a good indicator of recovery of 84.74%,volatilization of lead and zinc during roasting process can be used wet recovery.
