One dimensional nanomaterial has been the research focus due to its special physical and chemical properties.Up to now,domestic research on one dimensional Ga2O3 nanomaterial has been concentrated on two aspects:one is preparation of Ga2O3 nanomaterials;the other is characterization of the functionality of Ga2O3 nanomaterials,such as photodetector,gas sensor,etc.This paper reviews the preparation methods of Ga2O3 nanomaterials,including processing parameters and growth mechanism,and at the same time gives a simple introduction on the working principle of photoconductive photodetector and the latest research results.
