Characteristic of Painless Myocardial Infarction:An Analysis of 62 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of painless with myocardial infarction.Methods We analyzed 148 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction retrospectively and compared clinical characteristics between the painless group and the pain group.Results Patients in the painless group were more common in older age.Most of them had concomitant diabe,hypertension,hyperlipidemia or cardiac failure,they had much more complications and higher mortality.than patients with painless myocardial infarction,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The painless group has poorer prognosis compared with the pain group.Early,accurate diagnosis and treatment have important significance of improving the prognosis and reducing the mortality rate.
