Optimization of the Technology for Extracting Total Polyphenols of Phyllanthus emblica

In this paper, emblica polyphenol was extracted from dried emblica fresh. The effects of extraction solvent, extraction time, alcohol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of emblica polyphenol were studied. The results showed that alcohol was the best solvent, and the optimal parameters for the method were as follows: alcohol concentration 60% with solid(g)-liquid(mL) ratio of 1 ∶ 25at 50 ℃ for 2 hours extracted twice. The best yield of polyphenol could be up to 145.85 mg/g.
