Amplifier's nonlinear phenomenon is the significant factor that effects the performance of radio microwave communications system.In this paper,nonlinear character of the amplifier is described.Especially for the power amplifiers working at output power 1dB,they usually have severe nonlinearity.Four analysis methods of amplifiers nonlinearity:power series,Volterrsa series,harmonious balance,neural network are compared,and the using conditions of each method are given.This can provide guidance for designing and analyzing a high linearity radio microwave amplifier especially a linear power amplifier.This also can supply reference to EDA simulation software selection.
