Effect of Ice Treatment of Subcutaneous Hematoma after Arteriopuncture with Self-made Compound Liquid of Coptis Chinensis

Objective To explore the effect of ice treatment of subcutaneous hematoma after arteriopuncture with self-made Com-pound Liquid of Coptis Chinensis.Methods 60 patients with subcutaneous hematoma after arteriopuncture were randomly divided into control group and observation group equally.In control group,50% magnesium sulfate heat-cold therapy was applied,while in observation group,patients were treated with continuous ice treatment with self-made Compound Liquid of Coptis Chinensis.Hematoma size,pain and fever were observed and recorded.Results There was of statistical significance of the different effects of two groups.Conclusion Self-made Compound Liquid of Coptis Chinensis is effective in treatment of subcutaneous hematoma after arteriopuncture.
