Experiments of Extracting Gold from Refractory Leaching Gold Ores by Electric Field Enhancement Ionization-Cyanide Leaching

A new technology with electric field enhancement ionization cyanide leaching for gold extraction from refractory leaching gold ores with high sulfur, arsenic and carbon was proposed. The mechanism of the new technology was discussed and the comparison tests with conventional leaching technology were performed. The results shows that the leaching out efficiency of gold by new technology is 8%～80% higher than that by conventional leaching technology and the time for gold leaching is remarkably reduced. The new technology has been used in gold leaching in the field with satisfactory results.
