Computer Simulation on Temperature Field of Work-piece During Quenching Process

The mathematical model of overall coefficient h in quenching cooling process on the basis of cooling rate curve of quenching medium available was introduced. The mathematical model and its numerical method of the temperature field of a cylinder part in the quenching process were studied. By means of computer,the instantaneous temperature field of the parts in the quenching process was controlled. The satisfying result is obtained in practical production.
