Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Shuxinheyin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in adult SD rats. Methods:The myocardial injury of rats induced by ischemia reperfusion was produced by the ligation of left coronary artery for 30 min followed by 30 min reperfusion. The effects were evaluated based on changes of ST segment in an electrocardiogram(ECG) and levels of serum creatine kinase(CK) and lactatede hydrogenase(LDH).Results: Compared with the model rats, the up-slop of ST segments was slow down in the low and high dosed groups(P0.05).The levels of serum creatine kinase and lactatede hydrogenase declined(P0.05).Conclusion: Shuxinheyin can protect rats' myocardial tissues from myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
