Our primary objective was to evaluate the impact of Peyronie’s disease (PD) on erectile and non-erectile sexual function. Our secondary objective was to investigate associations of specific penile characteristics with domains of sexual function. This was a retrospective review of clinical data and Male Sexual Health Questionnaire (MSHQ) responses of men evaluated for PD by a single urologist at a tertiary care center. 45 vasectomy-seeking healthy men who completed the MSHQ were identified as controls. The PD cohort was comprised of 114 men, including 60 otherwise healthy men without any comorbidities. Men with PD underwent pharmacologic erection induction; physical exam of the erect penis; measurement of curvature with a goniometer; and penile duplex Doppler ultrasound (PDDU). Differences in MSHQ erectile domain (EDSS), ejaculatory domain (EjDSS), and satisfaction domain (SDSS) sum scores between men with PD controls were analyzed by t-test. Associations between objectively measured clinical variables and MSHQ sum scores were assessed using the nonparametric Kruskal–Wallis test and multivariable analysis.
