Development of Human Vaccine Adjuvants

Development of human vaccine adjuvant s including microgram derived adjuvants, emulsions, particulate adjuvants and sy nthetic adjuvants were reviewed and several novel adjuvant candidates in pro-cl inical and clinical trials were introduced. QS21, ISCOMs, biodegradable polymer microspheres, CpG ODN and MF59 have broad prospects for clinical application as novel human vaccine adjuvants.
