Optimization of extracting technology for Aucubin in seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv. with orthogonal design

Objective:To explore the optimum extraction conditions of aucubin ultrasonic extraction process from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.Methods:With the total yield of aucubin as target,on the base of advanced experiment,the effects of the reagent,liquid ratio,optimum extraction time,and times of extraction on the total yield were studied through orthogonal experiment for ultrasonic extraction of aucubin from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.Results: The optimum extraction conditions of aucubin ultrasonic extraction from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv were : 90% ethyl alcohol,1∶12 liquid ratio,2 times of optimum extraction,extraction 40 minutes at a time.Conclusion: This method can be promoted through verification test.The result of the extraction rate of Aucubin from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv is 5.26%.
