Influence of Heat Treatment on Mechanial Properties of Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel S45000

The effect of different heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of precipitation hardening stainless steel S45000 was studied. The results showed that the strength and hardness of S45000 steel decreased and impact property at- 45 ℃ increased with the aging temperature increasing. The strength and hardness of S45000 steel decreased and impact property at- 45 ℃ increased after twice aging treatment.
