A Novel Normal Tg And high heat resistance lead-free CCL

With the arrival of lead-free era,traditional FR-4 CCL product can't meet the needs of PCB processing due to its low crosslinking density of cured,low thermal decomposition temperature(normal Td:310℃) and poor CAF resistance.New resin system route and formula were developed here,and a kind of epoxy glass cloth CCL named NY2140 with high heat resistance was produced.The detection results showed that NY 2140 products have excellent heat resistance,dimensional stability,good CAF resistance and PCB processing,it meet the IPC-4101C performance requirement of lead-free CCL.
