Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:94cases of allergic rhinitis in our hospital from 2010to 2012were randomly divided into focused ultrasound treatment group(observation group)and mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment group(control group),47cases in each group, used the visual analog scale(VAS)to evaluate the clinical effect,at the same time observed changes of serological indicators. Results:The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 95.7%,significantly higher than that in control group(80.9%),there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).After treatment,IgE,IL-4and IL-12levels of patients were improved than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),the observation group were better than control group, there was significant difference between the groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:Taking focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has good clinical effect, can improve clinical symptoms, and non-invasive and side effects,it is worthy of further promotion.
