The rubber in a helical rotor pump stator is a key element to decide its life and efficiency.Stator properties were analyzed by FEM.Stress and strain contours of the stator under an even inner pressure and a pressure difference, deformation distribution varied with pressure were obtained.Contact calculation results of the stator and screw show that cut strain and deformation are maximums when they are contacted at circle arc end.The stator abrasion is most serious on the cross arc and obviously increases varied with interference. The effective method has been not found for testing the deformation and forced state of the stator rubber under a real working condition,so this research provides theory basis and effective simulation method for stator optimization design.
