Research on industrial technology policy system for technology innovation in Henan

Industrial technology policy, including industrial research, development and aid policies, etc., is an important method to make sure industrial technology to be properly and effectively developed. This paper says, in recent years, Henan government promulgated and implemented a series of industrial technology policies to encourage and support technology innovation, such as “Developing Henan with Science and Education” policy, high-tech encouraging policy, industrial cluster policy and technical import policy, etc. They pushed forward economic development and industrial technology progress in Henan. But compared with developed country and other provinces in China, industrial technology policy in Henan still is not good enough. Based on the existing problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect industrial technology policy system of technology innovation in Henan.
