摘要
We modified the shape of h-BN particles via ball milling to obtain long-range ordered h-BN nanosheets. Using polyurethane as a dispersant, we achieved a uniformly dispersed hexagonal boron nitride slurry. Subsequently, a coating process was employed to fabricate an h-BN film exhibiting ultra-high thermal conductivity of 39.62 Wm −1 K −1 . This film also demonstrated a higher valence band potential (3.1 eV) and an ultra-low dielectric constant (ε < 3.9). These characteristics pave a new path in the field of thermal management materials. Furthermore, we investigated the performance changes of the h-BN film after He-ion irradiation. It was found that although the thermal conductivity of the irradiated h-BN film showed a linear decline with increasing irradiation dose, it nevertheless maintained reasonably good thermal conductive properties.
