Interpersonal relationship and communication between librarians and readers

The concept of interpersonal relationship and dialectical relation between interpersonal relationship and communication were analyzed.The necessity and importance of establishing good interpersonal relationships and communication modes were pointed out.The reason why librarians should communicate with readers and how to communicate were comprehensively discussed.
