Study on a New Nucleic Acid Fluorescence Probe of 1,2,4-Trihydroxyanthroquinone-Aluminum and Its Analytical Application

A new nucleic acid probe was reported,which produced a new phenomenon when it reacted with double-stranded DNA,the mechanism for this was discussed deeply and satisfactory results were also obtained when it was applied into the determination of nucleic acids.
