Research development on inorganic thin film electroluminescence display

Thin film electroluminescent display is one of the main flat panal display technologies. In this paper, the study on mechanism of electroluminescence is introduced, the research development of this technology on material and device in recent years is reviewed, and the methods to achieve high blue luminescence are discussed in detail.
