STUDIES ON THE UTILITY OF ARTIFICIAL MUTATIONS IN PLANT BREEDING. : VIII. Inheritance of the Sterility Induced by Ethyleneimine and X-rays

M1 panicles and their offsprings raised from rice seeds treated with ethyleneimine (EI) and X-rays were examined for seed sterility. Experimental results showed that EI caused zygotic sterility much more frequently than X-rays.
