Objective:Determination the content of Bromate in flourmade samples by ion chromatography with the suppressed conductivity detector. Methods: Bromate was analized on DIONEX ICS2000 with Ionpac AS19-2mm column,KOH as the gradient eluent produced online by RFIC eluent generator, detected by the suppressed conductivity detector, with the injection volume of 150 μl.After the extracted aqueous solution centrifugal separation, through C18 and Ag/H column and then ultrafiltration. Results: The BrO-3 detection limit of the method was 0.039 mg/kg.The recovery rate were between 87.5% and 103.1%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable.Investigation shows that BrO-3 was usually detected in flourmade samples.
