A New Negative Decision Rule and Its Application

For the drawback of present certainty and uncertainty decision rule which can’t help the decision-maker give a negative decision,a new method is proposed to obtain the negative decision rules.The measure factors of the negative decision rules are discussed,and the concepts of two relative reductions are defined.To obtain the simplified decision rule,the negative decision rule reduction method based on discernibility matrix is presented.At last,examples of student score evaluation also show that the method is effective and practical.
