Analysis of Suspension Parameters Influence on Suspension Characteristics of Tracked Vehicle

This paper analyzes the impact of the suspension parameters on the transmission characteristics of the suspension system.By determining the actual tracked vehicle simplify conditions,the two-degree-of-freedom vehicle suspension system model is established,and derived the amplitude-frequency characteristics equations on the vehicle body acceleration,suspension dynamic travel and the wheel relative dynamic load with the road input.Analyze the influence of parameter changes of suspension stiffness,damping coefficient,road wheel rubber ring stiffness and non-suspension quality on the suspension transfer characteristics.The results showed that,during the vehicle suspension system design and vibration control,we must consider the suspension system parameters matching problem and the impact of parameter changes on vibration control.
