The effect of apoptosis of human cervical cancer cells induced by resveratrol

Objective:Observe the effect of resveratrol on apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells.Methods:To be detected by TUNEL method the situation of Hela cell apoptosis in vitro which treated with different concentration resveratrol.Results:When Heal cells was treated with more than 50μmol/L concentration resveratrol,features of apoptosis obviously,and present time and dose dependence.Conclusion:Resveratrol could obviously promote apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells.
