摘要
Abstract We present here an iron‐catalyzed oxidative C sp 3 −C sp 3 bond cleavage of unstrained tertiary alkyl aromatics to provide a range of synthetically useful arylketones even with H 2 O 2 as the oxidant. This method is operationally simple, scalable, and eco‐friendly, as well as suitable for the late‐stage oxidation of complex molecules bearing hydroxy groups, making it a valuable tool in organic synthesis.
