摘要
Abstract—The results of comparative studies of the efficiency of using a number of serial ion-plasma aluminide coatings to protect a VZhM4 alloy from cyclic sulfide–oxide corrosion at a temperature of 850°C during 30 cycles and from high-temperature oxidation at a temperature of 1050°C for 500 h are presented. In the chosen temperature range, all coatings under study provide protection for a VZhM4 alloy. Two-layer coatings VSDP-3 + VSDP-16 and VSDP-3 + VSDP-13 exhibit the highest protective properties. The results of metallographic studies of the structure and composition of the coatings in the initial state and after testing are presented.
