摘要
This study investigates the improvement of the magnetic properties of Sm 2 Fe 17 N 3 powder doped with La, W, and Ti by suppressing fine powder generation in the dispersion process and inhibiting oxidative degradation. Sm 2 Fe 17 N 3 magnetic powders was developed with $\sigma_{\mathrm{r}}$ of 154 emu/g, ${}_{\mathrm{i}}H_{\mathrm{c}}$ of 10070 Oe (801.8 kAm −1 ), and $H_{\mathrm{k}}$ of 5642 Oe (449.2 kAm −1 ) by increasing the nitrogen concentration to 3.46 % via nitridation at 500°C. The magnetic powder was mixed with nylon-12 and injection-molded to produce a bonded magnet. Therefore, bonded magnets with very high magnetic properties of $B_{\mathrm{r}}$ of 0.93 T, $H_{\text{cj}}$ of 1405 kAm −1 , $(BH)_{\max}$ of 170 kJm −3 , and $\beta(H_{\text{cj}})$ of −0.34 %°C −1 were obtained.
