摘要
The article discusses the application of nanomaterials in electronics, highlighting their prospects and key challenges. Nanomaterials, due to their unique properties, can significantly improve the performance and functionality of electronic devices. Key areas of application include nanowires and nanoamplifiers, nanocomposite materials, flexible and transparent electronics, and energy devices. However, their implementation is associated with problems of scalability, stability, environmental safety, and integration with existing technologies. Future research prospects are aimed at overcoming these challenges and developing new solutions for electronics based on nanomaterials.
