Treatment of Lower Lid Retraction by Tarsal-Conjunctival and Skin-Muscle Transposition Flaps

SUMMARY A method of alleviating full thickness lower eyelid retraction is described. Transposition flaps of tarsus-conjunctiva and skin-muscle are transposed from the ipsilateral upper lid into an infratarsal transverse blepharotomy in the retracted lower lid.
