Wavelength Roughness and Light Scattering

The feature of light scattering from optical surfaces is investigated when only one parameter is changed and all other conditions keep unchanged. It is discovered that, in general, the light scattering decreases as the incident light wavelength increases; the light scattering increases as the surface roughness increases.
