Deep-Dyeing of Super Cotton-Like Polyester Fiber and its Thermal Setting Process of Knitting Fabric

The deep-dyeing of super cotton-like polyester fiber and the problem in the thermal setting process of blended fabric with PU fiber were investigated,and the achievement was obtained in the industrial application.With acting of red colour dyeing assistant AC-G105,the problem of PASTER super cotton-like polyester fiber deep-dyeing and defect of colour change in black dyeing were effectively overcome.At the same time,with the help of fiber protective agent DP-9810,the thermal fabric was free from heat,the hard hand of blended fabric of the super cotton-like fiber and PU fiber due to the high temperature setting was avoided,the fabric with soft,bulky and cotton-like hand was maintained.
